Construction and assembly differ by model. Access, transport arrangements and work on the plot also require project-specific decisions. Selecting a design does not establish that it can be placed on every leisure plot or holiday park in the Netherlands.

When comparing prefab holiday home prices, consider both the home and the work required at its location. Review the building package associated with a displayed starting price and discuss your desired finishes. A custom design is priced against its selected specification.

Define who is responsible for site preparation, foundations, assembly and utility connections. The location and available access can affect how the work is organised. Preparation and assembly options are discussed with the regional team serving the project site.
