Choosing a modular home or a custom prefab house
A catalogue model helps you explore the layout, appearance and building package. Consider the number of bedrooms, how the kitchen and living space connect, storage and access from your plot. If you need different dimensions or a particular room arrangement, we can discuss a custom design.
Prefabrication means that building elements are made ahead of work on the site. The structure varies across our models, with panels or components assembled at the project location. The selected design and the access available to your plot help determine the construction approach to be developed.
Confirm whether the project is intended for residential living, holiday use or another purpose. Local conditions and the technical design need to be reviewed for the specific site. Choosing a model does not establish permission for permanent residence in the Netherlands.
What affects modular and prefab home prices?
The model or design, floor area, structure, layout and finishes all affect the price. Models with a starting price describe the associated building package. Compare the scope alongside the figure, including which work and equipment are included or excluded.
For custom modular homes, we discuss the specification before developing an offer. Transport, assembly, foundations, utility connections and work on the plot need clear responsibilities. Site preparation and assembly are discussed with the team serving your project location.
