Project enquiries
We use the information you enter to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Enquiries are processed by email through Veridyen; the website is hosted by Vercel. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Your choice
Optional analytics and marketing load only after your permission. You can choose separately and withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences. We remember the choice for up to six months. A manually selected language is a functional preference.
Visit measurement and marketing
With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 receives visit data, a cookie ID, language, device information, approximate location, referral source and events such as model views and successful enquiries. Google processes the IP address for connectivity and approximate location; Google states that EU IP addresses are not stored in Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages from the form.
With separate marketing consent, Meta Pixel receives page views, viewed models and an indication of a successful enquiry, plus technical information such as IP address, browser, page URL, referrer and cookie identifiers. Meta may link this to your Meta account for advertising measurement and remarketing. Automatic advanced contact matching is disabled; form contents are not shared.
Cookies and retention
me_privacy and me_language: up to 180 days. Google _ga and _ga_*: up to 180 days after activity. Meta _fbp and, when used, _fbc: typically 90 days. Google user and event data are retained for two months without resetting on new activity; aggregated reports may remain longer. Meta handles received data under its own privacy policy. We review enquiries without follow-up for deletion no later than twelve months after the last contact; contract and legally required records may need longer retention.
Legal bases, recipients and international processing
We process enquiries to take the pre-contractual steps you request or under our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Functional preferences and security support website operation. Optional measurement relies on consent; refusing it does not affect your enquiry. The operator and email service are in Türkiye. Vercel, Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the US. Applicable contractual and international safeguards are described in each service’s terms; information is available through our privacy contact. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, object or ask for restriction and portability. You can also complain to the supervisory authority. Contact us using the email address below.
